'Isabel fuses her wealth of knowledge of the healthcare sector and the struggles professionals face, with a gorgeous fusion of mindfulness and compassion. Her unique approach has given me better tools!'

'The stresses staff are under in the healthcare sector are tremendous. The kind of approach Isabel offers is what is lacking across the board. I can see Isabel and others like her inspiring a loving army of people infusing the system with mindfulness, compassion, and clarity on how to make change.'

'Isabel made me feel like I was Alice in Wonderland .

We were served delicious food. I appreciated the balance between collective work (exercise, meditation), and a space for solitude.'

I felt called to create this retreat because I would have liked to have been held in spaces like this when I needed it many years ago, and I believe it is very needed in helping professions.

Helping professionals play a crucial role in the world. I am passionate about holding space for warm-hearted people, for helpers, and givers, and sharing what I have learned over the years.

This retreat is an opportunity to give yourself time to refresh, and for you to go back into alignment.

I look forward to welcoming you on this retreat,

Isabel, Mindful Space of Healing

Somatic Psychotherapist, Mindfulness and Embodied Movement teacher.
