These are intimate and small group gatherings, where I bring therapeutic skills, Mindfulness, self-compassion meditation, visualizations, journaling, and relaxation practices. These meetings are a lovely opportunity to connect and unwind, and I also facilitate opportunities for sharing so you can express yourself and feel heard and supported, wherever you are in your journey.

Group participants tend to benefit from sharing and hearing others’ experiences. Sometimes we may think that we are the only ones struggling, and joining a group can help us normalize our difficulties, and we will likely be surprised to realize that is not the case at all.

We are going through times where services are under pressure, and staff wellbeing is very much affected.

THRIVE mentorship

This 4 month group program offers personalised guidance and support for each participant.

A space to connect, to establish wellbeing practices to increase your resilience as a helping professional.

This group is to help you move from low motivation, stress or burn out, into emotional balance, motivation and fulfillment.

We will be a small group to make the journey intimate and meaningful.

  • guided meditations and relaxation + recordings.

  • 2 monthly group sessions (90 min x 2): these sessions are a blend of therapeutic support and wellness activities. I facilitate a safe place for you to express challenges and be mentored in a non judgemental environment with compassion and support. I will also offer wellbeing practices to increase your resilience.

Embodied movement & Mindfulness classes

Embodied movement is a practice of somatic healing and self-expression. Through meditative movements at various speeds and rhythms, I guide you through an experience that blends somatic practices, qigong, yoga asanas, breathing techniques, free-flow movement, and music.

Mindfulness and Self-compassion meditation are guided visualizations and meditation practices to help you be fully present in your body without judgment, and cultivate a kind and supportive attitude towards your feelings and difficult experiences. 

These sessions offer a nurturing space to regulate emotions and reconnect with your body and heart.

Self-compassion, Somatic healing, and body movement have been a huge part of my personal healing journey for over 10 years. I therefore chose to blend these and deliver this powerful session.

This experience is more than movement—it is an invitation to journey within. 

Location: Nottingham, Natural Wellness Centre.

Days: Wednesdays 6-7 pm (for Helping professionals).

Last Wednesday of the month 7.15-8.30 pm (for Everyone).
